Your data is never stored on our servers, and we do not share your information with any third parties. -
You will be charged immediately upon placing your order. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll begin processing and preparing your gear for shipment.

At this time, we can only accept one form of payment per order. However, you can combine a ProStockTennis gift card with a credit card or PayPal to cover any remaining balance.

There are a few reasons your payment might not go through:
- Incorrect billing details or card info
- Insufficient funds or credit limit
- Card issuer blocked the transaction (common with international orders)
If your payment fails, double-check your details and try again. If issues persist, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider. -
You can choose to pay in your local currency using the currency selector in the footer, or on desktop, in the top menu bar.
If your currency isn’t available, payment in that currency won’t be possible. In that case, please select one of the supported options to complete your purchase.
Note: Your final amount may differ slightly due to exchange rates or international fees from your bank.

Yes! As soon as your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your receipt.
You can also log in to your ProStockTennis account to view past orders and download invoices anytime. -

Gift cards are delivered by email with instructions to redeem them at checkout. No additional fees apply. -

Please note: We currently do not ship to Russia, and orders from Russia cannot be processed at this time.
International shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. -
Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are not included in the shipping cost and may be charged by your country’s customs office upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €400.
For orders below €400, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. -

- International Shipping (PostNL Worldwide)

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Fill in your shipping, billing, and payment info, then submit your order.
That’s it! You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. -

You can checkout as a guest without creating an account.
However, creating an account allows you to:

Returns & Refunds

Due to the limited availability and unique condition of our rackets, returns are generally not accepted. Please make sure to carefully review your order before placing it.
That said, we’re all human, mistakes can happen. If you have any concerns or something isn’t right, feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp or email. We’re always here to help and find a solution together.

If a customer places an incorrect order, we do not offer cash refunds. However, in such cases, we may issue a refund in store credit, depending on the situation.

If there is an error made by Team PST (such as shipping the wrong item), we will take full responsibility. You can return the racket, and we will cover all related costs, including return shipping. A full refund will be issued once the item is received in its original condition.

If the return is due to a mistake made by Team PST, we will cover all shipping costs. In other cases, such as a customer error, return shipping is not covered and refunds are only issued in store credit, if approved.

Unfortunately, due to the limited availability and individual condition of our rackets, we do not accept returns based on preference or change of mind.

For returns due to a mistake on our part, the racket must be returned in the same condition it was received. Items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, refunds (or store credits) are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.
If you used a gift card, store credit will be issued for the refunded amount.
